The Canarian Scientific and Technological Park Foundation of the ULPGC and The Society of Economic Promotion of Gran Canaria are offering jointly premises for businesses.

NOTICE REGARDING THE REVOCATION OF THE OFFER OF PREMISES AND AUTHORISATION OF EXCEPTIONAL CONTRACT EXTENSIONS AT THE PTGC – TAFIRA CAMPUS

Notice is hereby given of the decision adopted regarding the offer of premises at the Gran Canaria Technology Park (PTGC) intended to accommodate technology-based and innovative businesses in the Tafira Campus area.

In view of the forthcoming publication of a new offer of premises to update, improve and consolidate the existing offer, and with the firm aim of ensuring legal certainty and the normal operation of the businesses based on site, it has been resolved to publish the following decisions:

FIRST.— REVOCATION OF THE CURRENT OFFER.

The current offer, dated 21 November 2025, of premises for business incubation, consolidation and project attraction at the Gran Canaria Technology Park (PTGC) in the Tafira Campus area is hereby revoked.

SECOND.— AUTHORISATION OF EXCEPTIONAL CONTRACT EXTENSIONS.

The Canarian Scientific and Technological Park Foundation of the ULPGC (FCPCT-ULPGC) is expressly authorised and empowered to extend existing lease agreements or agreements granting the use of premises that are due to expire during the current year. Such extensions may not run beyond 31 December 2026.
